The Pelham 85 Commerce Center is a speculative commercial office warehouse project located near the Pelham Road / Interstate 85 interchange. Two building shells were designed with precast concrete wall panels and structural steel frame. Building One is designed to accommodate as many as seven tenants, whereas Building Two is designed for one tenant. Both buildings feature loading docks and clean, professional entrances.

Architectural services were provided under a Design-Build contract with Marsh/Bell. The buildings are expected to be completed by mid-2007.
