What began as a tired, closed-in, 1970’s-era house in an established neighborhood has become a bright, open, with expanded porches and garden views. The project consists of several phases: a 170 sq ft dining room addition, a complete front porch renovation with deck and planters, Weathershield replacement window sashes, and complete kitchen remodeling (in progress).

The dining room features a wood-burning fireplace, full-height glass doors, and a covered brick patio.
