Located in an existing retail and commercial development near Lake Keowee, Harbour Village provides a fresh look and additional commercial space. Three buildings have been designed with provision for two more.

The speculative shell buildings are designed for cement-fiber siding and cast stone details with office space above retail shops. The interior may be subdivided for one, two, three, or four separate tenants.

Construction is expected to begin in 2007.
